Employee Life-cycle Management (hiring to retiring) Talent Acquisition as per integral recruitment & selection processes of HR (sourcing, preliminary screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating, offering & joining) Induction & Orientation of new inductees Complete Joining formalities (Joining kit, , ID Card, E-mail id generation & provide other official gadgets related to job role etc.) Perform cyclic HR activities including confirmation, appraisals, facilitation for KRA/ KPI preparation, promotion, transfer, retention, salary re-fixation etc. Manage separation formalities (NDA, Exit Interviews, No Dues, F&F settlement doc’s etc) HR Operations Prepare, Review & update process based departmental structures. Prepare & maintain employee database in Excel HRIS – Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly (Joining, Attrition, Budgeting & Costing status, F&F, Operational challenges etc.) Employee grievance handling & facilitation. Facilitation employee for availing benefits like Transportation, Lunch, housing accommodation. Quality Management System HR QMS (Quality Management System) compliance & record keeping. Verify Monthly bills of Vendors like Housekeeping, Labor, Security, Employee Medical etc.
